Every customer has a dedicated Business Relationship Manager who is their primary point of contact. This provides continuity for the customer throughout each project, to help turn initial ideas into the delivery of the final product.

 

Critical path and timelines are provided for each project to ensure that key dates and deadlines are met.

Creating the perfect candle takes time and expertise. Our experienced Research & Development team work together to ensure our high standards are met during the development of every candle & diffuser we produce.

We believe safety is paramount when it comes to candle development therefore, we are pleased to offer additional accredited testing giving our clients that extra peace of mind.

With help from our experienced in-house Design team, we can offer our clients a fully bespoke service.

 

Whether its sourcing components or requesting samples, our Design team have the knowledge and experience to help create the perfect product. From glass decoration to labels, to packaging and accessories, we know the best way to achieve the highest quality results.

Our production team run a well organised, efficient, filling process for all our candles and diffusers. Every stage is checked thoroughly and monitored carefully. We offer complete traceability and batch testing to ensure every product that leaves our factory is of the highest standard.

The packaging team are highly skilled, with most products being hand finished. Every product is finished to your specific requirements. Quality control is key in this area and where we feel we stand apart from our competitors.

All our candles are hand poured in our on-site factories, meaning we are both optimised for efficiency and able to maintain exacting quality standards. We are fully certified against ISO 9001:2015 across all our processes. Offering complete traceability and batch testing to meet even the most demanding client specifications.
